How can we get started?

Before you commit to using our help, we take the time to learn more about your business, your goals and industry. This is important to understand if we’re the right fit to work together.

If we mutually agree to work together, we will require you to provide us with information required for us to design your online marketing strategy.  Once we have this information we will get started with putting your online marketing engine together.

Will we be locked into a long-term contract?

Not at all! All our agreements are on a monthly plan. There are no cancellation fees ever. However it’s important to understand that online marketing is not a magic solution and it typically takes 3 to 4 months before you see outstanding results.

How much do you charge?

Rather than charge a fixed-price across the board, we tailor our services depending on your requirements. For example, you may get started with Google Ads and Facebook Ads to boost sales.

As your business grows additional assets such as blog posts, SEO, social media marketing and other assets can be added to take your results to the next stage.

Will I need to hire staff to make this work?

No, you will not. We have a team of experts who will implement everything for you. So, you can save yourself the headache of adding on staff. Even if you did hire more staff, it is impossible for one or two staff members to match the knowledge, experience and skills an entire team of experts can deliver.

Do you take on clients outside Queensland?

Your business location does not matter. We work with clients all over Australia.

While we have ongoing face-to-face meetings with local clients, we arrange regular virtual calls for clients outside the local area.

I'm not sure how to budget for online marketing. Can you help?

We normally ask clients what budget has been set aside for online marketing. This helps us understand whether we can realistically help clients or not.

If clients are unable to provide us with an estimated budget, we recommend a budget to review before moving to the proposal stage, to ensure neither the client’s time or our time is wasted.
